Email is the fastest way to reach us

Ink & Ivory is a small bridal studio, and the same two people who pack the veils answer the email. Write to inkandivoryveils@gmail.com and you will hear back, usually within one business day and almost always within two.

What we can help with

• Which veil, which length. Send us a photo of your dress and your venue, and we will tell you what we would put with it.
• Color matching. Ivory, white, and off-white photograph differently than they look in person. Ask before you order.
• Timing. Veils are made to order and ship in 2 to 3 weeks from San Francisco. If your wedding is less than six weeks away, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
• An order already placed. Include your order number and we will look it up.
• Returns. Start a return by email within 14 days of delivery. Please do not send a veil back before we reply: we do not publish a return address, and we cannot process a package that arrives unannounced.

Ink & Ivory Veils is a sole proprietorship based in San Francisco, California, United States. Every order ships from here. We do not have a showroom and we are not set up for walk-in visits, so email is the only door.
