Shipping

Production time

Every Ink & Ivory veil is made to order. We do not hold finished stock, so your veil is prepared after you order it. Production takes 2 to 3 weeks, and transit is on top of that. Orders ship from San Francisco, California.

United States

Shipping within the United States is free on every order, with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your veil leaves us. Most US deliveries arrive within about a week of shipping, so a typical order is in your hands 3 to 4 weeks after you place it.

International

We ship internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, and international orders are tracked as well. Delivery times vary by country and by customs.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. Your carrier or customs authority may bill you separately before delivery. We are not able to mark a package as a gift or declare a lower value.

Rush orders

If your wedding is less than six weeks away, please email us before ordering. We will tell you honestly whether we can get your veil to you in time, and what a rush would cost. A rush moves your veil to the front of the production queue; it is not a guaranteed delivery date, because the carrier's part of the journey is outside our control.

Addresses and delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it is with the carrier, and we cannot replace an order delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you on delivery to that carrier.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly at inkandivoryveils@gmail.com and we will work with you and the carrier in good faith to resolve it.

Returns

Returns are covered separately in our Refund Policy. Return shipping is arranged by email; we do not publish a return address, so please write to us before sending anything back.
