Returns

We want you to love your veil. If it isn't right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, perfume, and alterations, and returned in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at inkandivoryveils@gmail.com with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked, insured service; we cannot issue refunds for return shipments that are lost in transit. Original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and, if approved, refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Want a different length or color? The fastest path is to return your veil for a refund and place a new order. If you'd like help choosing, reach out; we're happy to advise before you reorder.

Final sale items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Rush Order fees, once production of your order has begun
• Custom or personalized pieces (custom lengths, monogramming, or made-to-order modifications)
• Items marked final sale at purchase

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your veil when it arrives. If it arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

A note on fine tulle and lace

Veils are delicate tulle and lace goods, so small variations in lace placement and finish are natural characteristics of the craft, not defects. Slight differences in tone from what your screen displays, and length variations of up to two inches, are within our standard tolerances and are not eligible for return as defects, though the standard 14-day return window still applies.
